We aim to reply within two business days. Reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour are acted on within 24 hours.
It helps to include your @handle, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Sign in with Apple is the only way in. There is no password to forget and no separate account to create. If sign-in fails, check that you are signed in to iCloud in Settings and that you have a connection — the first sign-in on a device needs one.
Choosing a handle. After signing in you pick a unique @handle. It is how other riders find you, it is claimed on our server, and it needs a connection. If you have no signal, the screen offers Retry; your rides are waiting on the other side of it.
Logging a ride works offline. Write it down at the barn with no bars and it uploads the next time you have a connection.
Everything else needs a connection — editing your profile or your horses, goals, health records and shows, and anything social. With no signal those screens say so rather than silently losing the change.
Your profile is public by default. Any signed-in rider can find you and see your logged rides. To change that, open the Profile tab, tap the gear for Account, and switch Profile privacy to Private — after that only riders whose follow request you accept can see your rides. Riders who already follow you keep their access; nobody is removed.
Blocking. Open the rider's profile, tap ••• in the top right, and choose Block Rider. That removes any follow in either direction, hides your content from them and theirs from you, keeps either of you from following again, and takes you out of each other's search results. The same menu unblocks.
Reporting. The same ••• menu has Report Rider. To report a single comment, open the ride it is on and use the report control beside the comment. Reports go to a queue a human reviews, and we remove content or suspend accounts within 24 hours where warranted.
Goals, horse health records and show events are never shown to anyone else.
Open the Profile tab, tap the gear for Account, and scroll to Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it — profile and handle, photos, horses, rides, goals, health records, shows, follows, kudos and comments. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deleting the app removes the copy stored on your device.
Ride reminders are scheduled locally by iOS — there are no push notifications. If they stop appearing, check Settings → Notifications → Ride on your iPhone.
